Why we are changing

Why we are changing

Over recent years, ROSA has grown significantly together with the creative community of our consumers. We have expanded our product range, entered new markets, and observed how contemporary artists and the culture of creativity continue to evolve.
Our brand also needed to evolve – to become more modern, cohesive, and closer to the people who create, experiment, and search for their own artistic style every day. That is why we decided to rethink ROSA’s visual language while preserving what matters most – a love of creativity and the quality of our materials

We wanted to approach packaging design as a creative project: fresh and inspiring. We have enhanced brand and sub-brand visibility, making it easier to identify our products on the shelf and to understand which level of quality is best suited to specific creative needs.
We have systematised and simplified the design elements on the packaging, while placing strong emphasis on the artistic component of the product. Each sub-brand now has its own dominant colour and distinctive visual elements, supporting clearer identification across product lines.

For us, it was important to create not just a new design, but a system that helps artists navigate materials more quickly and makes interaction with the brand more intuitive and emotional. We aimed for the packaging not only to stand out on the shelf, but also to reflect the character of each product line, its mood, and creative temperament. Art materials are more than just tools – they are part of the process of inspiration, exploration, and self-expression.

Despite the new packaging design, you will receive the same paint quality you have trusted and chosen year after year. The same formulation and high pigment concentration, for which ROSA is valued, remain unchanged.

We are changing the design and improving it, while keeping what matters most – our commitment to product quality and care for the needs of artists.

The ROSA restyling is not the end of change, but the beginning of a new stage in the brand’s development.
Ahead lie new products, new formats of interaction with the creative community, and an even greater focus on the needs of contemporary artists. We continue to create materials that support experimentation, development, and the realisation of creative ideas – regardless of level or style.

Thank you for choosing ROSA!
